1 & 1/2cup APFlour
5tsp Rice Flour
1Cup Grated mawa
1cup Grated jaggery
1/2tsp cardamom powder
1 cup grated Fresh coconut powder
3tsp honey
salt..2pinch
Oil ..5tsp
Directions
Take a bowl add rice flour,apflour and salt mix well.
Then add honey and water mix well, make a lump free batter like dosa batter. Then take a rest for one hour.
Take a pan add fresh grated coconut,jaggery and grated mawa mix well and stir for 5 minutes.. add cardamom mix well.
Take a pan add oil pour one laddle liquid batter ans spread like dosa add oil crisp for both side fill coconut batter in help of spoon and fold them.
Serve hot patisapta.
